There was a similar skin for Blade and Soul before, but that one didn"t ping the game server rather it was pinging a server in the same general location of the game server. Which may cause inaccurate result. In this skin the ping is from the actual game server over TCP so the result should be more accurate.

How to install:

- Download, extract and run .exe file,

(If your antivirus blocking file, pause it or disable it for some time.)
- Choose destination folder

How to Use:

Open destination folder and locate file notes.txt, open it and read step by step.
